Situation before the contract and client requirements
The municipality announced a public tender in order to cut on energy costs for public lighting.
Resalta, together with technical partner Elios, won the tender.
Resalta solution
Resalta entirely replaced 2,340 mercury luminaires in the municipality with more efficient LED luminaires with a lesser impact on the environment, and installed 76 control panels.
The public private partnership lasts 13 years.
Aside from financing and implementation, Resalta takes care of maintenance for the duration of the contract.
